Where all good romances start, we were hard at work at Law School and we caught each other’s eyes.

The proposal

After plan A was rained out, it was on bended knee in the hotel room while reciting a romantic poem written by the groom himself.

The Details

Ceremony location: St Agatha’s Church, Oriel Road, Clayfield – Reception location: Victoria Park Golf Course, Herston.

Gown: Karen Willis Holmes  Shoes: Diana Ferrari – Wedding bands and engagement rings: All from Angus and Coote, the engagement ring is an 18ct White Gold Diamond Round Brilliant & Baguette Cut Framed Ring

Priest: Bishop William Morris – Hair: Stefan – Bridal party attire: Dresses from Sheike and Custom-Made Tuxedos

Make-up: Stefan – Flowers: Artificial flowers arranged by the Bride – Stationery: Paper from KW Doggett Fine Paper, designed and printed by Bride and Groom.

Cake: Lovingly baked, decorated, designed and donated by the Mother-of-the-Groom – Music: Playlist created by the Bride and Groom

After a quick stop at the Donut Bar, the groom re-proposed to his new wife with the Nutella Cheesecake donut (with pictures to prove it).
