This week Lisa & Morgan have shared their beautiful Sanctuary Cove wedding day with us !
Tell us how you met
Our first meeting was in book shop, we were too shy to say anything to one another. Luckily, fate bought us together again a few hours later at a sushi train, it was true love at first sight.
The proposal
While going for a morning walk on the beach one weekend away,
Morgan danced with me to one of our favourite songs and then got down on one knee to ask me to be his wife.
I haven’t stopped smiling since š
The all important Details
Ceremony location: Sanctuary Cove Intercontinental chapelĀ – Reception location:Ā Sanctuary Cove Intercontinental Grange Room
Gown: Hand made by the bride and her mother, it was the perfect dress and filled with such wonderful memories.
Wedding bands and engagement rings: the engagement ring was Morgans grandmothers, unique and beautiful. The wedding bands were made by Mark Evans Fine Jewellers.
Celebrant: Rick Lay, relaxed and funny, he made everything easy.
Wedding Coordinator: Kim Bauer from Sanctuary Cove – absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make our day perfect.
Hair: Jaclyn Stephens – she incorporated each girls personality into their hair and made the girls look and feel beautiful on the day.
Bridal party attire: boys suits were from Spurlings – old fashioned service from Kim (the manager) made getting the suits a really enjoyable experience. Girls dresses were from Review.
Make-up: KNH make up – the girls were efficient and confidant and did a wonderful job making the girls look and feel beautiful on the day.
Flowers: Katie – the little flower stall – Stationery: handmade by the bride and groom.
Cake: made by a close family friend – Leanne. It was cherry chocolate mud cake and it was amazing
Entertainment: Swing Central! Everyone commented on how amazing the band was!
Transport: the bride arrived at the chapel in her dads old EK Holden.

London, Paris, Country France, Cinque Terre and Rome – 3 weeks!
Favourite Wedding Day moment
Bride – My favourite moment had to be at the chapel. I was so SO SOOO excited I just couldn’t wait to get to the front of the chapel to stand up next to my best friend!! Seeing Morgans smile and seeing all of our family and friends in the audience..
I could live that moment over and over again.
Groom – At the chapel. Watching Lisa walk down the isle was just perfect.

What did you value most about using Ben Clark Photography ?
