Well it’s that time of year where I get a chance to relax a little and recharge the batteries.
Last weekend we took the kids over to Fraser for 5 days, it was so nice to chill out, relax a little and take some images on my Fuji X-E1
The Fraser Landscape is such a harsh environment that changes from day to day, if you haven’t been there it’s huge place !
We stayed in a house up at Orchid Beach, almost a 2 hour drive up the beach depending on conditions.
We visited the lakes, Lake McKenzie and Lake Birrabeen, the Maheno Wreck that’s been 80+ years in the making and of course Eli Creek.
But our favourite place was Waddy Point, a nice little spot 2 minutes from where we were staying, nice and protected with shallow pools for the kids to play.
This image below was taken late afternoon as Lisa & I went for a walk over the dunes, one of my favourites
I still have a few Weddings to shoot before the end of the year, it’s been a busy year this year and next year is looking to be just as busy if not busier !
